Cobblestone Homes next project will be a neighborhood build on 22 acres within 350 yards of Gruene Hall. The new development's name will be The Vineyard at Gruene, since a new winery will be located in front of the subdivision on Gruene Road, and grape-growing will be the predominant theme of the neighborhood.

Jim and Rick envision grapevines planted in generous common greenbelt areas, allowing residents to experiment with being grape growers, if they choose. A local Vineyard will bottle winte made from the neighborhood's vines, and the ambiance of a Winery and Tasting Room will serve as a neighborhood gathering place. An annual grape stomp will provide some fun for residents, who will be able to choose from about 80 homesites, in three different product lines: estate lots, garden homes, and townhomes.
